At 8:39PM on Tuesday, July 16, Station 49 was dispatched to the 5700 block of Old Philadelphia Pike just east of White Horse for a public service.\

Lancaster County Communications was reporting a subject was stuck in a bin, not injured, just needed assistance getting out of the bin as he could not reach the ladder to get out.\
\
As Engine 49-1 was arriving on the scene, the assignment was upgraded to an agricultural rescue, bringing Ambulance 49, Medic 6, Truck 42, and Rescue 42 to the scene.\
\
The subject was extricated from the bin at 9:19, and was transported by EMS to a local hospital for evaluation and treatment.\
\
The final units cleared the scene at 10:05 PM.
