On the evening of Saturday, July 4, Engine 4-9-2 headed to the Honey Brook Fire Company (Station 33) to standby and cover any fire calls for them while they had the third night of their firemen’s carnival. Three members of the Fire Police also went, as their assistance was requested to assist Station 33’s Fire Police with security and parking details.\

The evening was spent by the engine crew socializing, eating, playing the games, and listening to the music of “Hot Wired” at the carnival, as well as watching some TV in the station. Fortunately, no additional calls were dispatched during the standby.\

The standby lasted from 6:00PM to 10:00PM. Engine 4-9-1 returned to White Horse at 10:15PM. Thanks to Honey Brook for the hospitality, and the delicious food.
