At 3:36PM on Thursday, June 24, Station 4-9 Fire was dispatched full company to assist the Honey Brook Fire Company (Station 33) on a barn fire in the 1300 block of Beaver Dam Road in Honey Brook Township.\

Upon arrival, Engine 4-9-1 deployed the front bumper line and assisted in extinguishing the fire, which destroyed the diesel shed, along with a heifer shed. \

Engine 4-9-2 supplied manpower to the scene\
\
Tanker 4-9 shuttled water between a hydrant at Station 33 and the fire scene.\
\
Squad 4-9 staged on Beaver Dam Road.\
\
Station 4-9 Fire Police closed eastbound Beaver Dam Road at Route 10.\
\
The incident was placed under control at 4:30PM, and was investigated by the Chester County Fire Marshall’s Office.\
\
The final 4-9 units cleared the scene at 5:05PM, with the final 33 units clearing at 6:15PM.\
