At 1:05PM on Friday, January 21, Station 4-9 Fire Police, along with Station 4-2 Fire Police (Gap), were dispatched to White Horse Road (Route 897) south of School Lane Road in Salisbury Township for traffic control at a property damage vehicle accident between a tractor trailer and a sedan. The Fire Police cleared White Horse Road at 1:50PM after the State Police investigated the incident, and the sedan was removed from the road. \

At 1:18PM, Station 4-9 and Ambulance 3-7-1 (New Holland) were dispatched to Springville Road (Route 897) north of Peters Road in Salisbury Township for a vehicle accident. Engine 4-9-1’s crew controlled hazards, while Ambulance 3-7-1 obtained patient refusals. Engine 1 cleared the scene at 1:45, while the Fire Police cleared the scene at 2:02PM after the State Police investigated the incident, and the vehicles were removed from the road.
