At 11:52AM on Saturday, April 4, just prior to the start of our annual Chicken Pot Pie Supper, Squad 4-9 and Tanker 4-9 responded to the 5300 block of Peters Road in the Springville section of Salisbury Township for a brush fire. \

Units arrived to find some hay on fire in the field, and quickly brought the fire under control, clearing the scene at 12:17PM. Chief 4-9 (R. Gossert) had the command.
