At 4:55PM on Thursday, October 15, the Liberty Fire Company of New Holland (Station 3-9) was dispatched to a vehicle accident at the intersection of New Holland Road and Eastern School Road in Earl Township.\

Deputy 3-9 (Martin) responded and was advised by Lancaster County 911 of additional calls reporting one patient possibly trapped. With that report, the assignment was upgraded to entrapment and additional ALS and BLS units were dispatched at 4:59. Ambulance 4-9 was one of these units.\

Ambulance 4-9 transported their patient to a local trauma center with Medic 3 for treatment of their injuries.\
