Engine 4-9-1 on Fire Prevention Education at Country Bear Daycare Center

At approximately 9AM on Tuesday, June 19, Engine 4-9-1 headed to the Country Bear Daycare Center. \

We were requested by the day care center staff to come and show the children, whose ages ranged from 2 to 5 years old, the fire truck and equipment and answer any questions. The children also had the opportunity to try on the firefighters’ firefighting gear, and blow the horns on Engine 4-9-1. The children enjoyed the visit and presented the firefighters with a thank you card signed by all of the children.\

Engine 4-9-1 returned to station by 11AM.
