Over the course of four evenings in December, four members attended a Strategies & Tactics for Initial Company Operations (STICO) Class at the Honey Brook Fire Company (Station 33).
Strategy and Tactics for Initial Company Operations was instructed by Chief Rick Kane (Manheim Township Fire Rescue Station 20) through Bucks County Community College. The class focuses on ensuring that students are taking the appropriate steps as the first arriving Company Officer at structure fires. The class involved group participation and scenario based problem solving.
