Overturned Vehicle on Meetinghouse Road

At 10:18 AM on Sunday, November 23, Ambulance 4-9 & Engine 4-9-1 were dispatched to the 200 block of Meetinghouse Road in Salisbury Township for a vehicle accident. A Park Ranger from the Lancaster County Department of Parks and Recreation came upon the accident heading to routine patrol at Money Rocks County Park. \

A southbound vehicle failed to negotiate the turn in the road, and impacted an embankment, causing the vehicle to overturn.\

There were no injuries from the crash. The incident was investigated by the Pennsylvania State Police; Blank’s Towing righted the vehicle and removed it from the scene.\

Engine 4-9-1 was released from the scene at 10:35. Ambulance 4-9 and Fire Police cleared the scene at 11:24 AM.
