Ambulance assist to Honey Brook

At 3:21PM on Tuesday, January 19, Ambulance 4-9 was dispatched to assist the Honey Brook Fire Company (Station 33) on a vehicle accident at the intersection of Mill Road and Route 322 in Honey Brook Township.

Engine 33-2 was returning to station from assisting Station 4-9 at the earlier chimney fire on Mast Road (see separate story) when they came upon the accident and notified the Chester County Fire Radio of the incident, which involved a trash truck overturned down the embankment.

Fortunately, the two occupants of the trash truck were not injured, and refused treatment and transport to a hospital.

Ambulance 4-9 cleared the scene at 3:48PM
