We regret to announce the passing of Life Member Jonas E. Stoltzfus this morning. We extend our deepest condolences and prayers to the Stoltzfus family in this time of great loss.

Jonas was a dedicated member of the Company for many years. Several members of Jonas's family are also active members of the Company.

Jonas Obituary:

"Jonas E. Stoltzfus, 69, of 102 Meetinghouse Road, Gap, passed away on Thursday, August 21, 2014 at home. Born in Gap, he was the son of the late Steven F. and Malinda Esh Stoltzfus. He was the husband of Amanda S. Esh Stoltzfus. They were married on Dec. 9, 1965.
Mr. Stoltzfus was a bookkeeper, a wash-line manufacturer and a member of the Old Order Amish Church.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by: one son, Samuel A. husband of Susan Jane Stoltzfus Stoltzfus, Gap; eight grandchildren; two brothers, Samuel E. husband of Elsie Beiler Stoltzfus, Blain, Levi R. husband of Lydia Stoltzfus Stoltzfus, Morgantown; three sisters, Katie wife of the late Amos Lantz, Leola, Annie wife of David Esh, Gordonville, Sylvia wife of Eli Stoltzfus, Gap.
The funeral will be on Saturday, August 23, 2014 at 9:00 AM EST from the Paul Stoltzfus home, 5541 Old Philadelphia Pike, Gap. Interment: Millwood Cemetery. Viewing will be from the time of this notice till the service at the late home. Kindly omit flowers."
